Devices that are covered under warranty will be repaired according to Huawei guidelines. For details regarding warranty coverage on your device, please visit the following link to review the Huawei warranty policy:
A quotation will be issued for repairs that are not covered under Manufacturer warranty. An analysis fee will apply to all declined quotations. In the event that we do not receive a response to the quotation or payment has not been receive for the analysis fee within 30 days, then it is understood that you are relinquishing your device to FutureTel.
An analysis fee will apply to all declined quotations.
All devices go through a rigorous triage process prior to issuing a quotation. Parts may also be used in order to make your device whole prioring to return. These costs, along with the return shipping charges, are incorporated into the analysis fee.
We will repair and/or return your device once payments have been processed. Payments received after 3:00PM EST will be processed the next business day.
FutureTel warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service
(1) that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and
(2) that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified by FutureTel.
All payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for any service once we have started to repair your device upon receiving payment. FutureTel reserves the right to offer refunds in select circumstances. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another. In all cases, the Analysis/Handling fee is non-refundable.
FutureTel will cover the shipping cost of repaired devices using the following carriers: FedEx, Purolator or UPS.
